Asset Management
In the first 6 years since it was founded, Landid has been
responsible for the management and development of over 2,500,000 sq
ft of commercial, retail and industrial real estate improving value
for major financial partners including Delancey, RREEF, GE Real
Estate and Warner Bros.
Landid can adopt a variety of different property functions
covering commercial, retail and residential property.
These range from:
- The development of a project, including solving complex planning and environmental issues.
- Comprehensive refurbishment of existing buildings bringing them up to current Grade A standards.
- Working multi-let property assets with phased refurbishments and re-letting to enhance value.
Over a period of years Landid has developed strong relationships
with a key team of professionals and contractors which can address
most development challenges including those of contamination,
complex refurbishment, bespoke new build and related planning and
environmental issues.
