Trevor Silver has a 30 year track record in the property and
construction industry. In 2005 Trevor co-founded The Landid Group
with Stephen Morgan and has grown the company successfully. The
Landid Group has developed schemes since 2006 with an aggregate
value exceeding £700million.
In 1988 Trevor co-founded Akeler in Leeds. The business grew
through the early nineties becoming one of the most successful
young commercial companies in the UK with a particular expertise in
office parks and sustainability.
In 1998 the business was sold to Security Capital European Realty
and expanded to become one of the most successful office park
developers in Europe. The business was sold to the Goodman Group in
2006 for £650million.

Stephen has over 20 years experience in the property industry.
He is director and co-founder of Landid, which he set up with
Trevor Silver in 2005. In the past four years, Stephen has
spearheaded projects with a combined approximate value of
£500million.
High profile projects include The Ark, Hammersmith for GE; a
200,000 sq ft office scheme in Leatherhead for Unilever; the £50
million Axis portfolio with GE; dealing with RREEF's £85 million
Hillstone mixed-use portfolio as well as the refurbishment of the
former Siemens headquarters in
Bracknell comprising 200,000 sq ft with RREEF. Stephen began
his career in 1987 as a chartered surveyor at Healey &
Baker. He then crossed over to London and Regional, where he worked
for Ian and Richard Livingston.
