Doxford, Sunderland
Doxford International is a prestigious 50 hectare site located
at the A19/A690 interchange, on the outskirts of Sunderland.
A unique partnership between ourselves and Sunderland CityCouncil
has been the creation of 645,840 sq ft of high specification
offices on the site.
Quality and the availability of cutting edge telecommunications
have been instrumental in the success of Doxford
International,which is one of the region's key locations for
corporate HQ's and financial customer services.
Approximately 8,500 people are now employed by world class
companies,occupying the park, such as Barclays, Nike, EDS, Royal
Mail and National Lottery.
Our knowledge and attitude towards sustainability and
environmental issues helped to form part of the original
master-plan. The building research establishment launched a BREEAM
assessment method on the park in 1994.
