Nike, Sunderland
Nike established their UK head quarters at Doxford Park in 1995. Business changes meant that in 2010 Nike wanted to move some of these functions elsewhere in the UK but retain as many of their staff as possible in Sunderland. As a result of the successful working relationship established in 1995 Landid was approached to source a site in Sunderland and develop a new facility there for Nike to lease. Landid identified and purchased a suitable site, obtained a planning consent and developed the new facility for Nike on time and to Nike's specification.
