A 2 million sq ft HQ office campus in Lisbon, Portugal. Quinta Da Fonte was Portugal's first Grade A office park and at the time of it's sale, to a German fund, was the largest single property investment transaction ever to take place in the Portugese office market. Occupiers included GE, Nokia, Eriksson, Microsoft and Regus.
