The ArkV2, Hammersmith

A 170,000 sq ft building suitable for single or multi occupancy use. Open TV currently occupy 7,091 sq ft. The Ark was leased to GE at the end of 2010.

Originally designed by signature architect Ralph Erskine, The Ark is one of London's iconic buildings. Following a major refurbishment, which was completed in January 2008, the latest evolution of The Ark provides a modern Grade A office building that provides a truly flexible working environment and can now be multi-let, whilst retaining the unique character of the building.

Gym and changing facilities have been retained at semi-basement level, together with the roof level 'Crows Nest'. There is additional storage and data room space, together with 65 parking spaces within the basement. New power distribution, energy efficient lighting, low emission boilers and air conditioning systems have been installed together with a new BMS to reflect the green credentials of the refurbished building which has gained a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating.

The Ark benefits from excellent motorway and London transport links as well as being only a few minutes walk from the centre of Hammersmith.
