Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden
Landid Property (Holdings) Ltd has been appointed by Warner Bros. as their development manager for the £120million redevelopment of their studios at Leavesden near Watford.
The scheme will involve the refurbishment of approximately 750,000 sq ft of studios, office workshops and ancillary space and the development of two new sound stages to house and display many of the iconic sets, costumes, creature's and props from various Warner Bros. films shot in the UK. Initially this will be a behind-the scenes look at the Harry Potter movie series.
